As a specialist consultancy in part, in risk assessment, health, safety and welfare, will always be paramount in all activities we undertake and we will not compromise on the health and safety of our clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders in the interest of profit, cost, time or quality. A human life is a human life and it is to be valued above all others including profit. Our greatest resource is our human resource.

Our policy intent is to ensure we keep accidents, incidents and injuries to the absolute minimum and to ensure we go over and above the legislative requirements of any sovereignty we operate within in meeting these objectives. The executive management of Dey-Innovations Limited will show it commitments’ to the management of health, safety and welfare by leading by example and will encourage and promote an environment where observations and feedback from all stakeholders in relation to health and safety are treated with the utmost urgency where the need has been observed.

As a client based company Dey-Innovations Limited, aims to share our ethos with regards to health, safety and welfare with our clients and encourage them to adopt the same philosophy in ensuring every project runs smoothly with minimum accident, incident and injuries. We aim to ensure that they is always an improvement through the feedback and review of every project we complete on subsequent projects in meeting our objective as a company  with regards to the health, safety and welfare of all our stakeholders.

The senior project manager / consultant working for Dey-Innovations Limited on every project we undertake would be assigned the health, safety and welfare executive role. The chain of responsibility would run from the senior project manager/ consultant down to the sub-contractor and specialist contractors on the project, the communication channel would be a top-down, down-up and side to side run. Each individual would be responsible for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and others around them in undertaking their activities.  Dey-Innovations Limited would provide the resources and environment, as part of the preliminary budget on every project to ensure resource availability in meeting our objectives.
