The Risk Assessment Auditing Policy

 Dey-Innovations Limited undertakes a full Building Facilities Fire Risk Safety, and Health and Safety Risk Assessment as two separate reports. Examining all aspect of the built environment through a systematic and analytically process with critical search and in-depth query, based on references from  BRE guidance for building service maintenance, BS 31100 Risk management code of practice, BS 5266 for emergency lighting, BS 5839 specification for the installation of fire detection and manual call point.

BS 5306 (3 and 8)  for fire extinguishing requirement and location specification, BS 7671 on site guide to electrical wiring to the IEE requirements, FIA best practice guide to fire safety, Approved Document B (buildings other than dwelling) and other resources; in examining the reactive and proactive  measures with a combined qualitative and quantitative methodology, of prioritizing the risk based on the likeliness and severity of harm and recommending preventive and controlling measures, as well as a time scale of implementation to help reduce the risk of Health and Safety and Fire safety in the built environment.

As a requirement all risk assessment consultants would have undertaken or would be in the process of undertaking a NEBOSH health and safety and fire safety certificate qualification, with progression to undertake the NEBOSH Diploma exams in ensuring that risk profiling is to an international standard.
